 A full day advanced GLP training programme was conducted by Veeda Ahmedabad. The training was conducted by Dr Natesan .S and it was attended by senior members from the Bioanalytical, Clinical as well as Quality Assurance departments of Veeda Ahmedabad. “The rules laid down by GLP specifically cover preclinical studies and the challenge is to apply the principles of GLP as far as possible to clinical analytical studies which do not formally require GLP compliance. Hence this advanced GLP training was designed to illustrate a practical approach to the application of GLP in clinical bioanalysis” said Apurva Shah, Co-Group Managing Director and Co-Founder, Veeda.
 The training was conducted by Dr Natesan Settiagounder, PhD, RQAP-GLP who is Vice President and Head of Corporate Quality Assurance at Advinus Therapeutics Private Limited, A Tata Enterprise, in India. He is also the Founding President of the Indian Chapter of the Society of Quality Assurance. Dr. Settiagounder has nearly 30 years of Research & Development experience, including over 17 years of GLP experience, covering OECD GLP, FDA GLP, and EPA GLP. His extensive GLP experience includes creation, development and facilitation of the test facility for obtaining successful GLP monitoring authority compliance accreditation. |
